NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED AT THIS TIME.
Due to Covid-19 guidelines and limited space no extra guests who are not getting serviced are allowed. Masks are required to receive service. If a mask is not brought by a client then they will be offered the option to purchase a mask for $3. If declined the client will be asked to leave and no deposit will be refunded.
Face and lashes should be clean from ALL products. NO MAKE UP! NO MOISTURIZER! NO MASCARA! If there is any lingering product on your lashes, you will be required to receive a lash bath for $15 prior to the appointment. If you have on makeup, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO YOUR LASHES AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE WITH A NEW DEPOSIT!
DEPOSITS:
There is a $10 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLEdeposit that is required while booking an appointment. There are NO refunds for services that are paid for and cancelled on the clients end. If for any reason theres a problem with the service or lashes you have 24 hours to bring the concern to my attention and I'd be more than happy to try to fix the situation. Customer satisfaction is my main priority.

Late policy: There is a $10 service charge for clients who are more than 5 minutes late. After 15 mins your appt will be cancelled. All appointments are booked according to service duration and availability. Out of respect for all clients & their time there will be no exceptions to this. No call No Shows will NOT be allowed to rebook.
IN HOME SERVICES, let me come to you.
I offer in home lashing for an extra fee and under specific conditions. All potential in home clients must have a distraction free space that allows for ample setup. This option is best suited for clients who need after hours or early morning services. Message me for inquiry.
